2021 FALL CYO SPORTS - INTEREST FORM
2021-22 CYO MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM
Good afternoon,
CYO Sports are returning this Fall. Fall sports are soccer (boys and girls grades 3 thru 8) and volleyball (girls grades 5 thru 8).
Also, the St. Anselm CYO Board is hopeful to create our own Parish Cheerleading program
(girls grades 3 thru 8) starting in the Fall. Our expectation would be that this program would
perform for St. Anselm CYO sporting events, Parish socials and School fundraisers. We also
would encourage the girls to compete in Archdiocesan sponsored cheerleading competitions.
Also, we are looking for someone to head our Parish Cheerleading program. If you are interested,
please contact me directly at AD@stanselmparish.com for more information about the duties and
responsibilities involved in running the program. Anybody interested in running the program must
be over the age of 25 and willing to obtain proper clearances.
If your child is interested in any of these sports, please fill out the sports interest form
on the website listed below:
https://forms.gle/
If there are multiple children from a single household, please fill out the form for each child.
As always we are in need of coaches. If interested, there is a section on the form for anyone
interested in coaching. All coaches must have clearances on file in the Parish Center. We will
work with anyone interested in coaching in obtaining these clearances.
This interest form will gauge how many teams, if any, we will have in the Fall. If there is not
enough interest there may not be a team. Cadet programs are 3rd/4th grade, JV programs are
5th/6th grade and Varsity programs are 7th/8th grade.
As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at AD@stanselmparish.com
Thanks,
Joe White
